All reports produced by Plum comply with International Valuation Standards and are accepted by all lending and insurance institutions within the Cayman Islands.

Plum understands that your property is a significant and important investment and as a valuable asset has to be carefully managed. In a fast-moving and competitive property market, often with pressure being brought by the sellers, realtors and lenders, in trying to progress the sale quickly, a delay in obtaining a valuation report can cause frustration and unnecessary problems. We therefore, offer a fast turnaround on our residential valuation reports, whereby under normal circumstances, we will publish our report within 2-3 working days, following our inspection of the subject property.
