With over 25 years’ experience working globally, although predominantly in the Caribbean and Bermuda, what Tim doesn’t know about strata management isn’t worth knowing! Tim has focused his career on residential strata property management, delivering proactive, innovative and highly professional advice to a hugely diverse range of property owners and tenants. Tim also has extensive experience managing commercial properties including the implementation of Common Area Maintenance Charges, leasing structures, operational procedures as well developing and maintaining positive relationships with landlords and tenants. Outside of work Tim loves to travel with his wife and two young children, particularly around the wild wonders of British Columbia.
