Q 1) We have an onsite maintenance team, will your company manage them and ensure standards are met?
Yes. Plum will manage any onsite crews and will ensure that the level of service is maintained. We value all knowledge relating to the strata and maintenance crews are able to provide valuable insight and often have great historic knowledge of the property. They are an asset. If your strata doesn’t not have a dedicated maintenance team, Plum offers unparalleled monitoring of all minor and major maintenance and repair works. Maintenace work is inspected by the property manager personally and all planned maintenance will be diarised, with notifications sent to all parties in advance.
Through the hurricane season Plum proactively ensures that communication is sent out to owners providing general updates on approaching storms, ensuring units and the common areas are fully prepared and safe. We prepare the complex in advance of a storm to ensure the property and residents are as safe as possible and measures are taken to combat damage to property and chattels. Plum is committed to keeping a core staff on island during a storm to handle last minute preparations deal with the aftermath of a storm.
