Michael Treacy MRICS

With over 25 years’ experience in the property industry, of which 14 have been in the Cayman Islands and Caribbean, Michael brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team. Michael co-founded Plum Ltd. in 2018 with the goal of creating a boutique property management agency. His passion for property development, high levels of service and creating value through effective asset and property management has enabled him to bring in some great talent from overseas, develop local talent and create a proactive efficient property management team.
